In-Room Dining & POS
Take orders from every room, table and doorstep
Guests order from a QR menu or an in-room tablet. The kitchen sees it on the display, the printer prints the KOT, and the bill settles to the room.

How an order moves
From the guest's phone to the closing report, without anyone re-typing it.
- 1
The guest orders
From a room or table QR, an in-room tablet, or through a captain.
- 2
The kitchen gets it
It appears on the kitchen display for that station, and the KOT prints on the kitchen printer.
- 3
The guest follows it
Placed, preparing, ready, delivered. If nobody accepts it in time, it escalates.
- 4
The bill settles
Charged to the room, settled at the table, or paid on delivery, with service charge and tax applied.
- 5
The shift closes
Each captain closes their shift and the outlet gets a report of what was sold and collected.
A menu that works the way your kitchen does
Breakfast until 11, a weekend offer, half and full portions, and the same dish in three languages, all set up once on the item.
- Variants, add-on groups and a shared add-on library
- Combos and discounts
- Up to six time slots per outlet, so menus change by the hour
- Offer prices with a start and end
- Translations into the guest languages you turn on
- Import and export the menu, categories and add-ons as CSV
- A log of every price change
The kitchen sees it, and the printer prints it
Each station sees its own queue on the kitchen display. Cooks mark items as prepared, and when the last one is done the order moves to ready by itself.
- Kitchen display filtered by category, so the tandoor sees tandoor orders
- KOTs print on your existing network printers
- A small print agent on a hotel PC talks to the printers, so nothing needs opening up to the internet
- You see when a printer or tablet has gone offline
- Orders nobody accepts escalate on WhatsApp in rounds until someone does
