How a membership works
No plastic cards to print and no app for guests to install. The guest's phone number is the card.
- 1
Look them up
Type the guest's phone number. If they're new, their record is created on the spot.
- 2
Issue a plan
Pick a plan. Its expiry date, sessions and any joining bonus points are added automatically.
- 3
Use a session
At the spa or pool, staff find the member and use one session, with a confirm step.
- 4
Earn and redeem
Staff add points with a reason, and the guest spends them on rewards.
- 5
Keep in touch
A birthday bonus with a WhatsApp greeting, and a reminder before the plan expires.
Membership plans that sell the hotel's facilities
A club membership for local residents, a wellness pack for long-stay guests, a family pool pass. Each plan has a price, how long it lasts, and how many times each facility can be used.
- Price and validity in days
- Sessions per facility, or unlimited
- Bonus points when the guest joins
- Facilities with your own names, icons and colours
- Plans switched on and off as offers change

At the spa or front desk, one search and one tap
Staff type the phone number and see everything: the member's plans, sessions left in each, points balance and the rewards they can afford.
- Find any guest by phone number
- Sessions used only on an active, unexpired membership
- A confirm step so a session isn't used by an accidental tap
- Every session logged with the facility, staff member and time
- Issue a new plan or renew from the same screen
Points that turn into something guests want
Staff add points for a stay, a referral or an apology, always with a reason. Guests spend them on rewards you define, and a reward can't be redeemed without enough points.
- Rewards as a percentage off, an amount off, or a free item
- Points added or adjusted by staff, with a reason every time
- A full points history per guest
- Redemption blocked if the balance is too low

Birthday wishes and renewal reminders, sent for you
Once a day, Foxotel checks for members' birthdays and memberships about to expire, and messages the guest directly on WhatsApp. The expiry reminder mentions any sessions they haven't used, which is usually what brings them back.
- Birthday bonus points, once a year, with a WhatsApp greeting
- An expiry reminder as many days ahead as you choose
- Unused sessions listed in the reminder
- Sent through the same Twilio account your hotel set up for SOS

Members check their own balance. Finance sees what it's worth.
Put a QR at the spa, gym or reception. Members scan it, enter their phone number and see their points and sessions left, without asking staff. Behind the scenes, management sees what the programme costs and what people actually use.
- A guest self-check page, opened from a QR you download and print
- Read-only: guests can see their balance, not spend it
- Points liability: every unredeemed point, in one number
- Most-redeemed rewards, facility use and plan popularity
